We couldn't have picked a better way to end the day then rolling away in one of Sam's Amazing classics! Dazee was perfect! she offerd a beautiful, romantic and relaxing ending to such a special day! Sam (Owner/Chauffeur) is a wonderful person! very friendly- every time I talked to him to make arrangements or payments he treated me like a good friend rather than just another customer. He was Extremely accommodating even when I made a last minute change the day before the wedding. He came dressed for the occasion; prepared with classic love songs playing & cold bottled water to offer us during the drive. I would hire him again in a heart beat for a special occasion. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun, romantic and classy experience! Something Vintage Something Blue is worth every penny. Sam, thank you so much for everything!

Wow, what a magical moment it was seeing Daisy during our send off! It was like a fairy tale ending to a perfect night. Thank you so much for helping us out last minute! It truly was a blessing in disguise. I enjoyed getting to talk to Sam on the way to Hotel Monaco, Sasan - at the Millcreek Inn- insisted on using you and I am so HAPPY we did. We were married in November and it was the best day ever of course. Everything was just as I imagined and more and there are so many days I wish I could go re-live it again. What topped it all off though was having the Princess Ivy pick us up. It was so magical and was the perfect way to end the whole celebration. The car was more beautiful than the pictures give justice too and Sam was so great to work with and made it so easy and I rave to everyone how great it was and what a special moment it was for me to drive off in the Ivy Princess! I felt like a QUEEN driving off with my King. Thanks Sam for making this day so special for me and being so great to work with! I tell everyone about you and appreciate your great service and how genuine you were to make me feel like I was the only one you had to worry about that day when I am sure you are so busy!

I decided to rent Princess Ivy as a surprise on the wedding day for my bride. She was delightfully surprised and so was everyone else. Everyone asked me how I found the car and wanted a picture with it. Sam was incredibly great to work with and very professional. He helped me tailor a package to my needs for the wedding day. Then a month later he was the first to inform us that our wedding was featured in.The Bride and Groom.com Blog. Princess Ivy itself was a fabulous car and a one of a kind experience that we will never forget. I would recommend using one of Sam's car for any special occasion.

"My husband and I decided to celebrate our special day by renting Iris. It had always been a dream of mine to have a gorgeous vintage car as we left the ceremony. Everyone at the wedding loved her and even took turns having their picture taken with her. What a great photo op! After the wedding, Sam took us on a relaxing and romantic drive around Salt Lake City, which included going behind the Capitol to take in the city lights. We even stopped off for some ice cream before going to our hotel. It was definitely a perfect ending to the perfect day.
Sam was incredibly accommodating, punctual, and a true joy to be around. It was so nice to have someone who added to the joy of the day! Our experience with Something Vintage Something Blue was one we'll never forget. We look forward to the day we get to see Sam and Iris again.

Daisy, our vintage beauty: finally we have our wedding photos! blogging has not been so easy lately though, i do not work on the computer 8 hours a day anymore, and my home computer is not fit for such intricacies! (mostly because i can't store the pictures on it, the old bag) but here is a little peek. i really wanted a vintage car for the wedding day so i searched high and low and couldn't find anything in utah. all of the car services only carried new nice cars,limousines and imports, etc. i had almost given up when out of the clear blue this client of my mom's, Sam, called her office and told her that he bought a 1937 buick. since she knew that i was looking for a vintage car she asked him what he was going to use it for- low and behold- a car service! for weddings! (and such.) i could not have been more excited when i spoke to him on the phone! his service is called something vintage something blue and he works around the salt lake area. this beautiful car's name is daisy. we had so much fun riding around in her back seat, sam drove us home from the temple and the best part was people honking at us because they knew we were just married. we also caused a car accident! right next to us, this lady and her kids were pulling up to the light that we were stopped at and just staring at the vintage beauty, and they rear-ended the truck in front of them! they were all laughing so hard and so were we. i don't think the owner of the truck was laughing though.

We fell upon the idea sorda by accident, but my gut prompted me to pursue the idea, and i was so pleased and satisfied with your service. Dazee was unique, made for beautiful bridal portraits, lots of fun, was a beautiful addition parked out front all during the wedding reception for our guests to admire when they attended, but most of all I was most pleased with your professional manner which you dealt with us. No hidden fees, or services tacked on. You were upfront, cooperative and genuinely excited for our event. It was a PLEASURE dealing with you. We cannot say enough about our experience. It's my parents 50th year anniversary. They wanted to keep it low key. No big fuss. I had a singing group sing to them at dinner one year and my mom said she was embarrassed at the attention the singing group drew to their table. So, this year, I am hoping to keep it low key but still make it memorable.

Sam you are simply amazing. Having Daisy and you be apart of our wedding made our DAY!! My parents suprised us with the car outside the temple and we both had the biggest grins on our faces. The best part was, after taking pictures, was going through the MCDONALD'S drive through :) We just had to have our diet cokes! Thank you for making our special day so sentimental. I suggest that every bride should hire Sam and his personality-filled cars <3

Hi Sam,
It's my parents 50th year anniversary. They wanted to keep it low key. No big fuss. I had a singing group sing to them at dinner one year and my mom said she was embarrassed at the attention the singing group drew to their table. So, this year, I am hoping to keep it low key but still make it memorable.
I really appreciated the offer to get a card. It was a wonderful idea, it added a very nice touch. My parents did enjoy the ride.

"My husband and I decided to celebrate our special day by renting Iris. It had always been a dream of mine to have a gorgeous vintage car as we left the ceremony. Everyone at the wedding loved her and even took turns having their picture taken with her. What a great photo op! After the wedding, Sam took us on a relaxing and romantic drive around Salt Lake City, which included going behind the Capitol to take in the city lights. We even stopped off for some ice cream before going to our hotel. It was definitely a perfect ending to the perfect day.
Sam was incredibly accommodating, punctual, and a true joy to be around. It was so nice to have someone who added to the joy of the day! Our experience with Something Vintage Something Blue was one we'll never forget. We look forward to the day we get to see Sam and Iris again.

Daisy, our vintage beauty: finally we have our wedding photos! blogging has not been so easy lately though, i do not work on the computer 8 hours a day anymore, and my home computer is not fit for such intricacies! (mostly because i can't store the pictures on it, the old bag) but here is a little peek. i really wanted a vintage car for the wedding day so i searched high and low and couldn't find anything in utah. all of the car services only carried new nice cars,limousines and imports, etc. i had almost given up when out of the clear blue this client of my mom's, Sam, called her office and told her that he bought a 1937 buick. since she knew that i was looking for a vintage car she asked him what he was going to use it for- low and behold- a car service! for weddings! (and such.) i could not have been more excited when i spoke to him on the phone! his service is called something vintage something blue and he works around the salt lake area. this beautiful car's name is daisy. we had so much fun riding around in her back seat, sam drove us home from the temple and the best part was people honking at us because they knew we were just married. we also caused a car accident! right next to us, this lady and her kids were pulling up to the light that we were stopped at and just staring at the vintage beauty, and they rear-ended the truck in front of them! they were all laughing so hard and so were we. i don't think the owner of the truck was laughing though.

We fell upon the idea sorda by accident, but my gut prompted me to pursue the idea, and i was so pleased and satisfied with your service. Dazee was unique, made for beautiful bridal portraits, lots of fun, was a beautiful addition parked out front all during the wedding reception for our guests to admire when they attended, but most of all I was most pleased with your professional manner which you dealt with us.
